The purpose of this exciting and unique presentation is to teach participants the importance of thinking optimistically and learning to experience more joy, laughter and fun in their day-to-day lives. This program will discuss such concepts as Learned Optimism, Gratitude Training, The Importance of Reframing and tips on the importance of thinking like a stand-up comedian to be able to live the most positive life possible. Participants will learn how to laugh through their daily stress, enhance creativity and increasing their ability to cope. With the tools of humor and optimism, attendees will have two vital resources for attaining happiness and good health.

In this fascinating keynote address, he will discuss and demonstrate how simple hand drum rhythms can promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing and that we all can drum! Learn how hand drumming will help to release anger and create joy, alter brain rhythms, induce meditation and trance, and provide deep and sacred healing. Robert will present evdience on the benefits of drumming for sufferers of stress, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other afflications. Staying Productive Despite Stress Being the Best You Can Be

This keynote addresses focuses on exploring the pervasive, yet often overlooked area of stress management in relationship to productivity.  Participants will learn how to relax anytime, and anywhere, no matter what is going on around them.  Other areas to be explored include: how to turn negative stress into positive motivation, how to view stress as an opportunity; and how to utilize the latest information on stress management to create a productive and positive workplace.

This program focuses on teaching participants how to value their uniqueness.  Other areas include the art of positive conditioning, understanding  the immense power of directed thinking and its relationship to meaning and purpose.  We will explore how to help those in attendance identify and tap into their full potential.  We will look at some of the great leaders and role models of our time and how we can learn from such luminaries as John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Albert Einstein and Abraham Lincoln.  We will explore tenets such as integrity, trust, and following our passion.

Balancing Work, Family & Self Effective Communication Skills
Creating a Healthy Balance focuses on methods for developing a lifestyle that supports the family, the self and work.  Areas to be focuses on include mental self-care, spiritual self-care, physical self-care and creative self-care.  We will assess various areas such as the importance of developing a personal mission statement, clarifying values and setting healthy balance goals as a way to practice the art of rebalancing.  Learning to communicate well is essential.  When employees are not effective communicators, the bottom line of an organization often suffers.  This keynote address expores the importance of understanding subtle body language cues, non-verbal and verbal messages, the ten benefits of improved communication skills, learning to read body language, communicating across barriers -- cultural expectations and differences; well-meaning phrases that don't work; hot buttons and how to avoid them.

Embracing Diversity Creative Thinking
This program will examine some of the very hot topics of our society today such as sexual harassment, racial discrimination, cultural discrimination and gender discrimination in a very sensitive and objective manner.  We will look at techniques and methods for bridging gaps through communication models.  We will look at such areas as the personal impact of harassment and discrimination; why most harassment is unintentional; methods for creating a harmonious workplace; recognizing and celebrating differences; communicating boundaries; how to turn uncomfortables situations into opportunities.. When an individual learns to think outside the box, the creative mind is opened.  We are all born curious and imaginative.  The goal of this keynote address is to jump start the imagination.  Participants will learn the value of problems as opportunities to stretch the mind.  Participants will learn the art of 180 degree thinking, group brainstorming, unconventional thinking as the norm, using the imagination as a springboard for the creative mind, mind incubation, the importance of cultivating a playful attitude and learning to be "lighter."
